Devin Ord joined the ACORE Capital Asset Management Team in 2017. Prior to joining ACORE, Devin worked at Goldman Sachs on its distressed debt team focusing on asset management of a $10+ billion loan portfolio. Before his time with Goldman Sachs, he raised $10 million and co-founded DB Residential, a real estate fund with a focus on acquiring and repositioning distressed assets in Southern California. During his tenure with DB Residential, the team successfully completed $40+ million in real estate transactions. After finishing his undergraduate degree in 2008, Mr. Ord started his career with State Street where he worked on PIMCO’s OTC derivative platform handling complex interest rate, credit default, and MBS/CMBS swap transactions.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a Minor in Spanish from Brigham Young University and a MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University. Mr. Ord is Argus Enterprise Certified and is a licensed California real estate broker. Devin and his wife, Kellie, have two young children and reside in McKinney, Texas.
