Summary
ACORE CAPITAL, a rapidly growing Investment Advisory Firm, is seeking a Portfolio Analytics and Operations Associate/VP to join our expanding Asset Management Group in Dallas. We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong track record in implementing best practices operational processes to significantly improve downstream reporting capabilities. This role will report to the Managing Director of Operations while working closely with the Head of Asset Management. The ideal candidate is a proven leader and operations specialist who will oversee and manage multiple cross-functional, life-of-loan workstreams within the Asset Management team. This individual will play a key role in optimizing workflow efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing investor reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional who takes pride in building and refining operational frameworks through the effective management of people, processes, and systems. The right candidate will take ownership of critical processes, drive cross-functional collaboration, and lead strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Effectively oversee, own and manage processes/responsible parties involved in workflow activities such as loan closings, quarterly spreading, daily system maintenance/processing etc. that are essential for reporting. 
• Design, optimize, and integrate effective workflows, procedures and policies with systems to enhance operational efficiency, leveraging strong controls, processes, and accountability to drive excellence.
• Work closely with technology teams for developing and testing technology initiatives to improve data systems, operational frameworks, reporting tools/efficiencies and expansion into AI solutions. 
• Maximize 3^rd party service providers to increase output and effectiveness.   
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and inefficiencies within workstreams to prevent downstream impacts on reporting and stakeholders.
• Lead development with investor reporting team of critical operational reports, KPIs and dashboards that reflect critical metrics for identifying operational issues or inefficiencies to ensure key processes are running smoothly.

Requirements

• A skilled leader with self-accountability.
• Accounting, Finance, Business Manager/Operations, Process Improvement, Reporting Backgrounds a plus. 
• Practical, results-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.
• Background in Commercial Real Estate or Finance is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven operations leader in corporate, finance, or rapidly growing business environments..
