Marla Radford

Marla Radford is a Managing Director in Asset Management, serving as principal liaison with ACORE CAPITAL’s third-party loan servicers and oversees an operations team supporting Asset Management in servicing and operational processes, compliance, reporting and tech initiatives.

Ms. Radford has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in both debt and equity asset management and loan servicing operations. Prior to joining ACORE CAPITAL, Ms. Radford was Vice President for BBVA Compass Bank in Commercial Banking. At BBVA, Marla managed a servicing team responsible for securities collateral and covenant compliance for multiple commercial lines of business.

Prior to joining BBVA Compass Bank, Ms. Radford was Vice President in Loan Operations at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman, Ms. Radford managed a commercial loan servicing team supporting the commercial real estate, Community Reinvestment Act, private wealth and warehouse lending platforms responsible for construction draw and reserve processing, covenant, tax and insurance compliance.

Ms. Radford’s asset management career began with a pension fund advisor and progressed with Citicorp, where she managed an REO portfolio with responsibilities for developing, implementing and executing stabilization strategies for defaulted loans until disposition. Ms. Radford has also held Asset Manager positions with Deutsche Bank, BNY Mellon, Prudential, and Countrywide Commercial, managing both balance sheet and CMBS portfolios.

Ms. Radford earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Economic minor from Regis University and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
