Susan Iovino

Susan Iovino joined ACORE CAPITAL in January 2016 with over 11 years of CRE Portfolio Administration and Asset Management experience. Susan plays an integral lead role in the closing and execution of all loan transactions for ACORE CAPITAL. She oversees critical processes for ensuring accuracy and efficiency during loan closing processes, interfaces with attorneys and manages the transition to the asset management teams.

Before joining ACORE CAPITAL, Susan was a Portfolio Administrator managing the Administration and Draw Process for the Construction Loan Portfolio at Starwood Property Trust (STWD). Prior to STWD, Susan was a Vice President and Head of Portfolio Administration and Asset Management with Eurohypo AG NY Branch, and before that was a Vice President of Corporate Loan Administration and Accounting with Allied Irish Bank NY Branch.

Susan studied Accounting at Pace University in NYC and lives in Ridgefield, CT.
