Dimitar Goulev

Dimitar Goulev is a Director at ACORE CAPITAL in the Los Angeles office, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing commercial real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on the West Coast and Mountain States.

Prior to joining ACORE CAPITAL in 2015, Dimitar worked in various roles in acquisitions and development at JMA Ventures, as well as in CMBS originations at Deutsche Bank in San Francisco.

Prior to business school, Dimitar was based in London where he worked on private equity secondaries at Campbell Lutyens, as well as in M&A and Venture Capital advisory in the technology space at Centerboard Partners (now part of Silverpeak LLP).

Dimitar holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from the Institute of Political Studies of Strasbourg, France, as well as a Master’s Degree in Financial Engineering and Fiscal Strategy from the University Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne, and a M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
