Surveillance

Quarterly cash flow trending: granular examination of property level cash flows, historical operating statements, and underwriting
Actively monitoring loan compliance and covenants, sponsor liquidity, market rents, budgets, leasing velocity, and execution of business plan
Quarterly portfolio review of assets based on risk, market conditions, cash flow stability, and loan performance
Presentation of quarterly surveillance provided to management team with further review to investors
