Garrett Eesley

Garrett Eesley is a Director of Capital Markets and Syndication, operating out of the firm’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Eesley joined ACORE CAPITAL in 2016 working for the Chief Financial Officer in the Finance department, and transitioned to Capital Markets and Syndications in 2017. Prior to joining ACORE CAPITAL, Mr. Eesley worked on the accounting and finance team at Realty Finance Trust, a non-traded mortgage REIT, where he was responsible for public reporting and financial, planning and analysis of the business. Prior to Realty Finance Trust, Mr. Eesley worked on the accounting and financial reporting team at Starwood Property Trust (NYSE: STWD), a public mortgage REIT that is externally managed by Starwood Capital. Mr. Eesley began his career at Ernst & Young in the Cincinnati Assurance practice.

Mr. Eesley received a B.S. in Accountancy from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. He was previously a licensed CPA in the state of New York and Ohio.
