Summary
ACORE CAPITAL Wealth Solutions is the dedicated private wealth platform of ACORE CAPITAL, a leading U.S. commercial real estate investment manager. The Wealth Solutions platform delivers institutional-quality alternative investment solutions to financial advisors, RIAs, family offices, independent broker-dealers, and high-net-worth investors seeking income-oriented and real asset investment strategies. ACORE’s investment expertise spans commercial real estate credit, structured finance, private real estate, DST/1031 exchange solutions, and non-traded REIT strategies.
The Internal Wholesaler serves as a critical contributor to the firm’s capital raising efforts by partnering with Regional Directors (External Wholesalers) to expand advisor relationships and drive fundraising across a designated territory. They will proactively engage financial advisors, registered investment advisors, independent broker-dealers, and family offices to identify opportunities, educate prospects on ACORE investment offerings, coordinate meetings, and support ongoing advisor relationships.
The Internal Wholesaler is based in our Dallas office and reports to the President of ACORE CAPITAL Wealth Solutions. This individual partners closely with senior leadership and the marketing, investor relations, compliance, and product management teams.
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional seeking a long-term career path toward an External Wholesaler role. They bring a consultative approach to sales, intellectual curiosity about commercial real estate and private markets, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to financial advisors and their clients.
Successful candidates demonstrate a strong understanding of alternative investments, enjoy building and deepening advisor relationships, and possess the drive to thrive in a performance-driven capital raising environment.
