Jason Mann

Jason Mann is a Managing Director of ACORE CAPITAL as a member of the asset management team, responsible for all loan workouts while also managing a $4.5B portfolio of performing commercial loans.

Mr. Mann has over 23 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining ACORE CAPITAL, Mr. Mann was a Vice President for Bank of the Ozarks in the Real Estate Specialties Group. At Bank of the Ozarks, Jason was responsible for the day-to-day management of a $750 MM portfolio of construction and value add loans throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Bank of the Ozarks, Mr. Mann was a Director at LNR Partners Europe in their London office. While at LNR, Mr. Mann oversaw all credit/real estate asset management decisions within the Investment Management group, which oversaw a $750 MM investment fund which invested in B-notes, B-pieces, and mezz loans across Europe. Prior to this role, Mr. Mann was responsible for property and deal level underwriting for all deals associated with the acquisitions team in Europe.

Prior to joining LNR, Mr. Mann worked for Trimont Real Estate Advisors in Atlanta, Georgia, where he managed a portfolio of specially serviced commercial real estate loan where he assisted in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of loan work out strategies across a $2.2 BN portfolio.

Mr. Mann graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, where he majored in International Business with a concentration in real estate. Mr. Mann earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, with a concentration in real estate finance and private equity.
