Michael Payton

Michael Payton is a Senior Vice President for ACORE CAPITAL in the Miami office, responsible for sourcing, originating, structuring, underwriting and closing commercial real estate financing opportunities.

Prior to joining ACORE CAPITAL, Mr. Payton was an Associate at a boutique management consulting firm in Toronto where he focused on corporate restructurings and investment strategies. Before that, Mr. Payton was an Investment Banking Analyst at TD Securities on a team responsible for providing M&A advisory and capital raising services for North American pension funds and private equity firms.

Mr. Payton holds a M.B.A. degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Business and a H.B.A. degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
